What are you going to watch this weekend? (May 20 edition)

Happy Thursday!

It’s time to ask the eternal question: What are you watching this weekend? (And sorry I've forgotten to ask this the last couple of weeks!)

I've actually been going to movie theaters this week, specifically for press screenings of A Quiet Place, Part II and Cruella. I'm not even going to tell you what I thought of these movies, because I'm honestly not sure I can tell you. Just being alone in a dark room with a big picture and a brain willing to concentrate on it felt like such a gift, even when, like, Emma Stone was bopping around to yet another on-the-nose needle drop.

But I'm probably going to skip theaters this weekend, in favor of... the NHL Playoffs! I'm not a big hockey fan, but one of my favorite people has cajoled me into watching a game with her on Saturday night. So I'm going to see what happens when the hockey boys do a hockey play. (Also, on that note: Look for more hockey coverage on Episodes later today. It's Hockey Night in Episodes.)
